Jacob Soner is the Managing Director of GJS Project Managers, a property development and project management consultancy operating across Redlands and Logan. With a background in Property Economics (Applied Economics and Finance) and over seven years of hands-on experience in property sales and development, Jacob has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, results-driven outcomes.
His career spans a wide mix of projects, from dual occupancies and subdivisions to larger residential developments, giving him a grounded understanding of both the numbers and the on-site realities. Clients value his eye for detail, clear communication, and ability to move projects through complex approvals and build stages efficiently.
